About the job
As Chief Financial Officer for the Stationary Crushing and Screening division, you’re responsible for our full financial scope connected to the division. This includes continuous improvement of relevant processes and business models and setting efficient performance management systems. You’re a member of the division management team and a core contributor in setting and implementing the strategy and ambition for the division. As part of our growth ambition includes M&As;, you’re highly involved in these processes and the following integration of acquired companies. You drive timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets, while supporting the operations with analysis, advice and tools.
By challenging the organization with your insights into the drivers of our business and profitability, you’re finding and addressing core issues in an effective and business-oriented manner while identifying possible ways of improvement. You work in close relation with the wider finance community to develop and share best practices, developing both yourself and your peers. An important part of your job is to ensure compliance with internal frameworks, as well as global laws and regulations.
You’re responsible for managing the annual, quarterly and monthly closing process, where you analyze and present major parts of our division’s consolidated financial performance. This includes:
Maintaining standard reporting of monthly financial performance and follow up and supporting profitability analysis.
Cooperating with finance teams to set plans, operational planning as well as reporting on forecast versus actual performance.
Supporting management reporting needs in financial reporting and business controlling.
Active participating in the division management team to maintain and develop long term planning, scenarios and strategy.
Participating in ad-hoc projects related to the division business control and driving the target setting and process for operational KPI’s.

You report to the President of Stationary Crushing and Screening and the location for this role is Svedala, Sweden. Global travel is a natural part of the job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in finance or a similar area. Your background includes experience of leading improvement projects and strategy development, working within several areas of finance and business control, as well as with M&A in an international environment. We believe that you have knowledge in driving processes, including change management. You have experience in IFRS and are familiar with relevant tools, such as ERP’s and business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI). Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.
With advanced analytical skills and solution-oriented attitude you have the ability to stay two steps ahead. You’re a natural leader with proven ability to coach and motivate others and you comfortably take charge when needed. You have a successful history of coaching people in an international setting, as well as of working with management teams. Your grounded and friendly approach motivates your co-workers, and your communicative skills allow you to easily gain trust and respect and to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both co-workers and external parties.

Du blir ansvarig för en ekonomiavdelning bestående av två redovisningsekonomer. De sitter med ansvaret för varsitt bolag och ser fram emot ett nära samarbete med dig som ekonomichef. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

• Ansvar för årsbokslut och årsredovisning för Svedalahem, Svedab, ägarbolaget Svedala kommunhus samt de två dotterbolagen till Svedalahem och Svedab
• Konsolidering av ovan nämnda bolag med rapportering till ägarbolaget
• Projektuppföljning och projektredovisning
• Intern kontroll
• Moms och skattedeklarationer
• Ansvar för att leda budgetprocessen, prognostisering samt uppföljning
• Ekonomiska analyser
• Rapportering till ledning och styrelse
• Finansieringsfrågor t ex. investeringskalkyler, likviditetsplaner och lånehantering
• Implementering av BI-system

Vem söker vi?

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har några års erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som ekonomichef eller i liknande roll. Det är meriterande om du arbetat inom fastighet/bygg. Du har en högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi och är redo att ta med dina erfarenheter och implementera i ett nytt sammanhang.

Som person är du kunnig inom ditt område och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap på ett pedagogiskt sätt. Your mission
In this central CFO position, you manage the full financial scope of our new business area and its four divisions, and in our highly decentralized world, you’re the final gatekeeper of our financial flows, P/L and our balance sheets. Your responsibility covers strategic and operational financial activities on a global level, where you prioritize and set our financial structures and take lead in both planning and execution. By enable successful decision making, you enhance business development and drive growth, and you create an inclusive and forward-thinking setting where we stay connected to the business. As a valued part of our business area leadership, you work very closely with our President and the management team, and you’re also a key player in the communication with our Group CEO and CFO. You make sure that we have full financial understanding, and you support and ensure governance, transparency and contingency - from our divisions, through the business area and all the way to Group level.

Another important part of your job is to support our M&A agenda by screening targets on real potential and strategic fit. You also look at financial trends, risks and possible impacts to our business, and you explore market development and new digital solutions to make sure we stay ahead. By coaching, leading and developing the business control function through your team, you create a culture of high performance, solid financial processes, risk awareness and realistic deliverables. You also establish strong relations with our stakeholders, as well as communicate our results and protect our interest towards other financial partners within Sandvik Group.

The location for this position is at our headquarters in Svedala – a short commute from cities like Malmö, Lund and?Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. Global travel is normally?included.

Your background and personality
You have degree in Finance or Business, strong business acumen and a solid financial background formed within a corporate environment, and preferably a listed industrial company. You have at least seven years’ experience from leading financial operations – both strategically and tactically - and you’re skilled in driving change, executing plans and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. Previous experience from M&As; and business development is highly valuable, and you need the ability to confidently advice and direct decision-making at management level. In addition, you have a strong set of IT skills, and are used to communicating and presenting financial information to various target groups, which calls for excellent written and verbal skills in English.

Although forecasting is very important, you always stay connected and know what’s going on around you. It’s by seeing the numbers in reality and the reality in numbers, you make sure that we continue to develop. As Accounting Manager, your main responsibility will be to keep, audit and inspect the financial records of the EPN AB and branches including preparing financial and tax reports.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility for the operational accounting of our AB and branches
Close collaborations with subsidiaries on group accounting policy and reporting
Responsible for monthly accruals of company cost & provision for EPN AB and branches
Consolidate Group figures for monthly and yearly closing
Annual report and declaration
Reconciliations, analysis and reporting
Overall responsibility of VAT and taxes
External contact with auditors, tax authorities etc.

Additionally, operating and developing improvements project within the accounting area will be an important part of this role. 
The role is based at EPN HQ in Malmö-Sturup and will report to Group Finance Manager.
