West Atlantic is looking for a Cost Controller and Support Officer at Malmo Airport. Key function in between Flight Ops, Ground Ops and Finance with a variety of tasks such as being involved in the daily business, but also doing analysing and reports to support the business strategical decisions and our customers. This is a new role with a great opportunity to adept your knowledge in finance with your interest for the future of the airline business.

Main Duties

• Cost controller with focus on cost related to our Flight Operations as Crew, Travel, DOC
• Invoice control in relation to Flight Ops and Ground Ops
• Monitor fuel consumption figures and CO2 emissions
• Flight-related tax reporting to different countries in EU
• Annual reporting related to Flight Operation as ETS-rights
• Supporting in Environmental Management, with focus on the sustainability of the future in aviation
• Act as Key-user in our planning system and reporting system
• Work with suppliers in relations to Crew and DOC
• Any other Operations related tasks

Qualifications

• Have a university degree in Finance or equivalent, preferebaly Transport Management
• Fluent in English both oral and written and in at least one of the Scandinavian languages
• Competent Microsoft Office user
