About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for developing and executing a clear product vision and strategy for the digital service & automation product line. You lead and develop the product management team, including product managers, specialists and UX designers, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales and customer support teams, you ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success. You monitor product performance, gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. By conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, you define product requirements and create detailed roadmaps. You prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback, as well as ensuring efficient processes and tools for portfolio planning and management. You ensure that products are well-articulated, meet their intended purpose, are delivered efficiently and you analyze product performance for improvement and decision making.
The location for this position is Svedala and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience of product management – you have a proven track record of launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise extends to products related to digital, service and automation, and your knowledge is backed by a degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for developing and implementing robust product safety strategies, policies and procedures to support the business in ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance across global markets. You remain up-to-date on global safety and sustainability regulations and standards – implementing the integration of these requirements into the product development lifecycle. By ensuring a robust risk management framework and process is implementing for new and existing products, you support the relevant teams, as required, to identify and manage potential safety hazards and sustainability requirements.
In this role, you will also:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product safety mitigation strategies.
Lead and participate in product safety and compliance risk assessments.
Develop and implement product testing processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Support and participate in the investigation and analysis of product safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regional and international product safety and sustainability regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams on product safety and sustainability protocols and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improvement in product safety and sustainability.

This position is based in Svedala, Sweden or Perth, Australia and we offer the opportunity to combine on-site and remote work. The role includes time zone adaptation over time and travel to Sandvik Sites globally over 30 days per year.
Your profile
We’re looking for a passionate collaborator with a degree in Engineering, Safety Management or a related field, combined with solid experience in product safety management – including the machinery directives, preferably applicable to Stationary Crushing and Screening divisions’ offering and geographies. This role requires a product safety professional who can convert regulatory compliance to applied practical solutions, ensuring the safety and compliance of our products. You have in-depth knowledge of product safety standards, regulations and best practices in the mining industry, as well as an understanding of product development processes, materials and manufacturing methods. A passion for the integration of sustainable solutions in our product design and manufacturing is highly regarded. We operate in a global setting, which calls for fluency in both verbal and written English.
As a leader, you’re capable of driving change, influencing safety-conscious behavior across the organization, and making informed decisions under pressure. With your excellent communication skills, you can effectively convey complex product safety concepts to a diverse audience and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your analytical- and problem-solving abilities enable you to assess and mitigate safety risks effectively.

About your job
In this position, you lead and execute initiatives to standardize processes, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations. You capture and develop new ideas and apply them in a way that adds value to our business. You’re the R&D contact and driver regarding way of working for standards, documentation, safety and communication. Actively seek and keep track of new and updated standards.

Your profile

Du jobbar i första hand med kompositioner av aromer, extrakter, essentiella oljor och lösningar av naturliga färger, citronsyra och andra ingredienser.

Arbetet är 100% självständigt. Du gör allting själv fram till provsmakning. Provsmakningar under arbetets gång vid behov och slutlig provsmakning före produktion.

Du måste alltså kunna yrket redan då det inte finns någon här som har tid/möjlighet att utbilda dig. Vi är 2 personer som idag lägger några timmar i veckan på detta men har en enorm lista på produkter i kö för utveckling och behöver kunnig hjälp.

Om du jobbat som produktutvecklare eller flavourist och nu är pensionerad och saknar skapandet är detta något för dig. Eller jobbar deltid eller söker arbete.
