Om jobbet
I den här positionen är du en viktig del i utvecklingen av våra kundanpassade globala leveranser baserat på våra standardiserade produkter och system för krossning och siktning. Du leder arbetet i teamet som totalt består av 13 personer i en blandning av el-konstruktörer, automationsingenjörer och testingenjörer och är till stor del också delaktig i framtagandet av lösningen.

Delta i alla delar av projekt – från erbjudande till leverans och support i tät dialog med projektledare.
Bygga starka nätverk, internt och externt.
Ta ansvar för att vi uppfyller standard och direktiv samt krav och leverans.

Placering och flexibilitet
Du är placerad i Svedala – en kort tur från närliggande städer som Malmö, Lund, Trelleborg och Ystad. Internationella resor är en del av ditt jobb. Du har möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån ett par dagar i veckan.
Om dig
Vi söker en innovativ ingenjör med stark teknisk förståelse för el och automation i industrin. Du har djup kunskap om PLC- och HMI-program, och vet hur man analyserar och utvecklar funktionerna. Vi ser att du har en gedigen bakgrund inom el- och automation där du under ett antal år arbetat som projektledare. Du vilar din kunskap på en högskoleutbildning inom Elektronik och Automation eller liknande. Du behärskar både svenska och engelska utan problem, i skrift och i tal.

Your mission

About the job
In this position, you help to bring out new crushing chambers, keep track on how they perform and keep in contact with customers and the sales organization. You collect data from competitors and compare them to our own chambers, keeping track on how our products are performing etc. Working with support, road mapping and information documentation is also part of your work.
Together with your team you:
Validate our performance calculations.
Actively seek and create processes to collect and utilize performance data from field.
Create and deliver on technology road map in line with the portfolio plant for crushing chambers.
Support and involvement in relevant RTD projects.
Investigate and verify customized chamber development.
Benchmark technical competitor performance and share the outcome with relevant stakeholders.
Support current chamber portfolio management.

The location for this position is in Svedala and travel is included in the job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a technical interest combined with a relevant education. Knowledge in CAD, SolidWorks, Autocad 3D and TeamCenter is good to have, and it’s also an advantage if you have worked with polyworks and 3D scanning. As this position has a global reach, fluency in both verbal and written English is required.

In this position, you work with technology roadmaps and back-line support for crushing chamber related performance questions.

Responsible for design of new crushing chambers and updating current portfolio.

About your job
Plant Solutions?is an organization specialized in selling, designing, supplying and commissioning complete Crushing and Screening plants through a wide offering including prefeasibility studies, off the shelves plants up to fully customized projects. This position is within the Proposal Team and you’re the link between the sales organization and the project execution organization – so an understanding of their daily work, needs and challenges are required.
Your responsibilities include technical process support – helping our front line to choose and offer the correct solutions by listening to and finding the customers’ core needs. With an open mind, you analyze and explore possibilities, and you connect the dots to find innovative ways of doing things. You assist with process flow sheet calculations, layout drawings, risk analysis and project planning for proposals and tenders, internally as well as externally towards customers.
The location for this position is?in Svedala?– a quick and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund, and Ystad, and our site is located just across from the train station. As most of our customers and coworkers are located outside of Sweden, travel is necessary and a natural part of your job.?

About you
We’re looking for someone with a relevant engineering degree or equivalent working experience, combined with a general knowledge in mechanics, electrical and automation engineering and project management. This means that you balance both a general view of business and a detailed-focused way of working. Experience from the Crushing and Screening business is seen as advantageous. You’re also skilled in different programs such as CAD, Salesforce and Office 365 Suite. Since we’re a global organization, you’re fluent in both written and spoken English language – knowing Swedish is also beneficial for this position.

Job description
As ATSEP Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will be part of a growing ATSEP team. Your main responsibilities will be to lecture courses within the ATSEP area. We are looking for someone with a broad background with experience from working with all ATSEP streams. You will supervise and manage training in accordance with our manuals and also supervise and manage participants of the various courses.
The training is delivered at our premises at Malmö Airport but also abroad at our subsidiaries or destinations decided by our clients. This includes:
Teaching and instructing students in a traditional or virtual classroom
Follow-up on student performance
To take part in training related tasks such as development of training tools, internal projects, consultancy services etc.
To manage and deliver training by acting as Theoretical Instructor and/or Course Supervisor
To work in a team to update initial and qualification training material and compliance documentation according to applicable regulations
To develop and maintain new modules and courses of ATSEP system and rating training and other services in collaboration with other ATSEP subject matter experts
To collaborate during the development of ATSEP continuation training modules ensuring that training material lives up to training concept and philosophy
To note and act on any identified areas or details in need of improvements to be rectified. This also includes any suggestions on improvements to processes and activities

This is a full time fixed-term contract of 1 year, with good chances of being prolonged or becoming permanent, starting in August 2021.

Your Background
We believe you have a degree/diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. You have a genuine interest in training and coaching people and want to contribute to train ATSEP professionals. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
ATSEP Initial training compliant with the Annex XIII of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 or equivalent.
