Job description
As ATSEP Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will be part of a growing ATSEP team. Your main responsibilities will be to lecture courses within the ATSEP area. We are looking for someone with a broad background with experience from working with all ATSEP streams. You will supervise and manage training in accordance with our manuals and also supervise and manage participants of the various courses.
The training is delivered at our premises at Malmö Airport but also abroad at our subsidiaries or destinations decided by our clients. This includes:
Teaching and instructing students in a traditional or virtual classroom
Follow-up on student performance
To take part in training related tasks such as development of training tools, internal projects, consultancy services etc.
To manage and deliver training by acting as Theoretical Instructor and/or Course Supervisor
To work in a team to update initial and qualification training material and compliance documentation according to applicable regulations
To develop and maintain new modules and courses of ATSEP system and rating training and other services in collaboration with other ATSEP subject matter experts
To collaborate during the development of ATSEP continuation training modules ensuring that training material lives up to training concept and philosophy
To note and act on any identified areas or details in need of improvements to be rectified. This also includes any suggestions on improvements to processes and activities
Cooperate with other departments in development projects
Keep up to date with news and development in the ATM world , especially in the ATSEP and technical area

This is a full time fixed-term contract of 1 year, with good chances of being prolonged or becoming permanent, starting in August 2021.

Your Background
We believe you have a degree/diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. You have a genuine interest in training and coaching people and want to contribute to train ATSEP professionals. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
ATSEP Initial training compliant with the Annex XIII of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 or equivalent.
Knowledge of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 and other relevant international technical standards and regulations.
An ATSEP qualification in NAV, COM, SUR, DAT-DP and/or SMC, at least one system/equipment rating in one or more streams. More system ratings are considered to be an advantage.
At least three years of operational experience as ATSEP and preferably experience from more than one ANSP/company.
At least two years of experience of various roles related to the area of teaching is an advantage
Common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Microsoft Teams is an advantage
Very good spoken and written communication skills in English

As travelling comes with this position, we believe you are willing and able to travel for both short and long-term assignments.
