Within our Sales Area, we’re responsible for sales and service activities in multiple countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Our sales are well balanced between the mining and construction industries, and our customer base ranges from large multinational companies to small and medium sized enterprises – consisting of both end-customers and dealerships. Your mission
In this role, you’re responsible for three territories across several countries, driving financial performance management within the sales area. You proactively take ownership of operational and profitability improvements. With a large network of stakeholders, you support strategic and tactical financial decisions to enable successful, fact-based decision-making.
By advising and challenging us when necessary, you help find improvements, drive business development, and implement our business strategy effectively. You take charge of validating and sharing financial data, monitoring and analyzing business activities and results from a financial, operational, and governance perspective. Additionally, you ensure governance and compliance processes are followed and improved.
You’re a member of the Sales Area Management team and report to the CFO for the Crushing Solutions Division. The position is based in Svedala and offers a hybrid work solution, allowing you to work both at the office and from home.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree, as well as a solid background in finance and strong business acumen. You have several years’ experience of working in a progressive business or finance management setting and are skilled in leading the way and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. As a master in your field, you have both the confidence and the ability to challenge, influence and guide decision making. We act locally on the global scene, and your skills in English and Swedish must be excellent.
To succeed in this role, you also need:
Experience of providing operational and financial advice to different organizational levels.
Knowledge and experience from financial systems.
Solid skills in Office 365, data warehouse solutions and understanding of ERP solutions.
Understanding of governance and compliance processes.
The ability to navigate in a matrix and cross-cultural environment.

Din uppgift i den här rollen är att leda, engagera och utveckla redovisningsteamet, som består av 5 medarbetare, till uppnådda överenskomna affärsmål. Du ansvarar för redovisningen och ser till att vi följer alla relevanta förordningar, lagar och standarder, såsom IFRS samt Sandviks processer och regler inom redovisningsområdet.

Du ansvarar också för att rapportering, såsom rapportering till Sandvik Group, skatt, moms och finansiell rapportering är korrekt och utförs med kvalitet. Du och ditt team bidrar också till stor del i prognos- och budgetprocessen, samt i analys mot verklighet. I arbetet ingår även att se över och driva på förbättringar av metoder, verktyg och processer.

Din bakgrund och personlighet
Vi söker någon som har en universitetsexamen inom finansområdet, med många års erfarenhet inom redovisning och erfarenhet från olika ledarskapsroller. Du har gedigen kunskap och förståelse inom såväl redovisning och finansiell kontroll som produktion- och affärskontroll. Kunskap inom M3, IFRS och Power BI är meriterande. Då vi arbetar i en global miljö är det viktigt att du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Din roll
Som Supply Chain Controller är du en viktig del i att skapa en kostnads- och tidseffektiv försörjningskedja för vår produktionsenhet. Du säkerställer att vi har korrekta produktkostnader och att produktionsledningen har stabila beslutsunderlag baserade på solida analyser och mätetal. Du agerar även som finansiell affärspartner till kostnadsställeägare inom försörjningskedjan.
I jobbet ingår att:
Aktivt mäta, stödja och utmana kostnadsställeägare i försörjningskedjan, såsom Produktion, Logistik, Planering och Inköp.
Vara ansvarig för produktionskontroll och mätetal/KPI:er – kostnadskalkylering, uppföljning av produktkostnader, investeringsprojekt samt utredning av avvikelser i tillverkningsorder.
Ansvara för rapportering och analys av COGS (cost of goods sold) inom produktionsenheten.
Utföra standardkostnadsberäkning för produktionen och att följa upp kostnadseffektivitet.
Granska och driva förbättringar av metoder, verktyg och processer.
Aktivt bidra till prognosprocessen.

Du rapporterar till vår Finance Manager och jobbar nära ledningsgruppen på produktionsenheten. Du är baserad på vår site i Svedala – bara ett stenkast från tågstationen – och har möjlighet till hybridarbete.
Din profil
Vi söker en senior controller med flera års erfarenhet inom produktion, där du skaffat dig djupgående kunskap om produktionskontroll, kostnadskalkylering och dess inverkan på resultaträkningen och balansräkningen. Du har goda IT-kunskaper, och du är van att arbeta med ERP (M3), BI-verktyg (Power BI) och Excel. Du har en universitetsutbildning inom finans och gedigen förståelse för redovisning och finansiell kontroll. Eftersom vi jobbar lokalt i en global organisation behöver du kunna både engelska och svenska.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som har en högskoleexamen eller liknande inom ekonomi samt ett par års erfarenhet inom ekonomiområdet, där du skaffat dig kunskap inom finansiella processer. Uppdrag 
Du kommer tillhöra Ekonomi- och utvecklingsenhetens som är centralt placerad inom kommunledningskontoret. Enheten består av 14 medarbetare och leds av kommunens Ekonomi- och utvecklingschef. Inom enheten tillhör även kommunens centrala lokalförsörjningsgrupp.

Enhetens mål är att se till att kommunens verksamheter bedrivs så kostnadseffektivt som möjligt inom givna ekonomiska ramar. Ekonomi- och utvecklingsenheten har även i uppgift att sprida ekonomisk kunskap till politiker, ledning och verksamheter. 

Att utveckla metoder och nätverk för ett bättre samarbete kring ekonomi, personal och verksamhet är också viktiga uppgifter. Utöver detta ska lagar och förordningar inom ekonomiområdet följas, vår strävan är att hålla kompetens och professionalism högt.

Vi erbjuder ett utmanande och intressant arbete som controller med huvudsak service och stöd mot socialnämndens samtliga verksamheter, äldreomsorg, LSS, individ- och familjeomsorg och arbetsmarknad. I uppdraget ingår samordningsansvar för ekonomiarbetet för socialnämnden som helhet. Som controller arbetar du konsultativt och är ett stöd till förvaltningens ledningsgrupp, verksamhetschef, områdeschefer och enhetschefer.

Ditt uppdrag kommer bland annat vara:


• Att ansvara för budget- och bokslutsarbete, uppbokningar, redovisning, uppföljning, analys och rapportering inom socialnämnden.
• Att i nära samarbete med enhetschefer, avdelningschefer och ledningsgrupp driva, stödja och följa upp frågor inom ekonomiområdet.
• Att delta i utveckling av prestations- och ersättningsmodeller.

Som controller inom den centrala ekonomi- och utvecklingsenheten kommer du även att delta i det löpande ekonomiarbetet i budget- och bokslutsarbetet. Du förväntas även medverka och leda utredningsuppdrag och utvecklingsprojekt inom ekonomiområdet.

Tyngdpunkten i arbetet ligger mot socialnämndens verksamhetsområden. 

Kompetens 
Vi ser gärna att du som söker har:


• Akademisk examen med ekonomisk inriktning eller annan likvärdig utbildning.
• Erfarenhet från liknande roll.
• Erfarenhet av arbete i en politiskt styrd organisation.
• Goda datakunskaper, i redovisningssystem, beslutsstödsystem, verksamhetsstyrningssystem samt Office 365.

För att lyckas i uppdraget behöver du vara analytisk, självgående och ha ett resultatinriktat arbetssätt. Du ser ditt ansvarsområde utifrån en helhet och arbetar medvetet för att nå uppsatta mål inom verksamhetsområdet.

Du har lätt för att samarbeta men tar gärna egna initiativ, är idérik och drivande samt intresserad av att utveckla verksamheten.

Eftersom tjänster kräver föredrag och utredningar är det viktigt att kunna utrycka sig väl i tal och skrift.

About the job
In this position, you’re a central player in our business control processes and a forecast process owner, who analyzes our business performance with a forward-thinking focus. You proactively manage the tasks performed within a regular business control position – such as budgets compared to actuals, estimates, reports, controls and audits – and you take all figures into account as you look at early indicators, communicate deviations, resolve issues and recommend reliable actions. Other important items on your agenda include preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals.


By working closely with our managers as a true finance partner, you transfer your knowledge and promote an ownership of both number and performance. You also drive cost saving and business improvement projects – often connected to business intelligence, M3 or other digital tools – and you help us prioritize our resources in the most valuable and optimized way to increase both efficiency and profitability.


We offer flexible working conditions, although our office is in Svedala (with an easy train commute from surrounding cities) and you need to spend some time here on a weekly basis.


Your background and personality
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business, Economics or Accounting. You have at least three years’ experience from working in similar roles - preferably within a global industry and connected to IT projects. You bring advanced skills in modern Excel, Power BI or/and Mercur and an understanding of major ERP systems, and we consider experience from M3 as a big plus. All in all, you’re tech savvy and you know your way around different systems and digital tools. As we’re a global business, you need to communicate and present information fluently in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

While on the other hand, you really engage in creating a collaborative setting and working together as a team to deliver results. About the job
As Global Sales Controller, you’re part of our divisional Business Control team within Stationary Crushing & Screening. However, you also support the Crushing & Screening Sales Development organization and work towards the frontline - consisting of nine sales areas - in our common Global Sales organization. While your main focus is on division Stationary Crushing & Screening, you bring your knowledge and expertise across the full scope of our business area and its four divisions.

You’re responsible for following our sales development, and for cost control, profitability analysis and contingency planning for our sales area organization. You manage both monthly and annual forecasts and follow-up cycles for sales prepare and schedule reviews. By coaching, developing and educating the Sales Area Control team, you make sure that we find improvements and drive best practices, and then successful implement these across our sales area and backline. About you
We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking collaborator with experience from working in similar global B2B roles - preferably connected to the manufacturing industry. Within our Sales Area, we’re responsible for sales and service activities in multiple countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Your mission
As our Director of Business Control, you’re responsible for driving performance management across the sales area, and you proactively take lead in operational and profitability improvement opportunities. You’re a member of the Sales Area Management team and report to the Sales Area Manager of Northern Europe. This role comes with a large network of stakeholders – on a country level and within the sales area, as well as the wider business area – and together you support our business in strategical and tactical financial matters to enable successful and fact-based decision making. Using your analytical skills, you also advise and challenge us in finding improvements, driving business development and implementing our business strategy. This includes setting appropriate action plans that align to our strategies and regional business objectives - focusing on containing costs and enhancing profitability.
Other important parts of your mission are validating and sharing financial data to the organization. You monitor, measure and analyze business activities and operating results from a financial, operational and governance perspective – and you manage forecasts, financial results, profitability analyses and advise on profitable growth. On top of this, you make sure that the operation governance and compliance processes are both adhered to and improved.
The location for this position is flexible within the Northern Europe region, with a preference for Svedala, where our Sales Area Manager is based.
And what about you?
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree, as well as a solid background within finance and a strong business acumen. You have at least seven years’ experience from working in a progressive business or finance management setting and are skilled in leading the way and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. As a master in your field, you have both the confidence and the ability to challenge, influence and guide decision making. We act on the global scene, and your skills in English must be excellent.
To succeed in this role, you also need:


Experience from providing operational and financial advice to different organizational levels
Knowledge and experience from financial systems
Solid skills in Office 365, data warehouse solutions and understanding of ERP solutions

Your mission
As Business Controller for FP&A, you ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets, and you support with financial analysis, advise and tools to optimize decision making and identify financial and operational drivers. Looking at modern, automated and proactive ways of working, you make sure we take necessary actions to develop and improve our processes, as well as our structure of operational performance management. A big part of your mission is providing counsel to the Sales Area Business Controller and other key stakeholders in the region. You also support our Manager for Business Development and Strategy. You are a member of the Business Control management team for the Sales Area, and you handle consolidation and reporting of our financials and KPIs. In addition, you are a frequent user of BPC, Qlickview and Excel, and your knowledge and experience help us ensure accuracy in reports and analysis.


This position is located at our Crushing and Screening site in Svedala, Sweden, and some business travel is included in your job.


Your background and character
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in Accounting or Business Administration, combined with a couple of years’ experience from similar positions or from an auditing or consulting company.


To succeed in this role, we believe that you also have:
Proficiency in data management; meaning you extract data, perform analysis and produce reports
Skills in Excel, group reporting tools and data warehouse solutions
The ability to collaborate in matrix and cross-cultural settings
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
