To make sure we keep our safety promises, we’re now looking for a Quality and EHS specialist to join our Quality and EHS Management department at Stationary Crushing and Screening in Svedala. We want a senior expert with a supportive mindset – someone who aim to always keep up with the demands from the organization. Your mission
In this position, you contribute to a safer workplace by increasing awareness and improving our processes. Your main focus is our production unit in Svedala, where you develop, maintain and improve the QEHS management system. To drive process development and ensure that our routines and processes are in place and, track compliance for both internal and external requirements are important parts of your mission. You’re part of the QEHS department that maintains the management system for the complete business unit and provide support in all related issues. All in all, you’re the expert we can turn to with any questions, and by creating a positive QEHS culture you continuously develop awareness across the company!
Your character
We’re looking for someone with solid experience from a similar role and ideally from working with ISO Standards and QEHS processes. We believe that you have a relevant academic background, perhaps within engineering, and that your career include experience from quality and EHS audits. It’s a plus if you previously have worked with continuous improvements. We act in a truly global environment which calls for fluency in English and Swedish.
You’re very driven and thorough, and bringing structure into your daily work is important to you. Your confidence – in both yourself as a person and your expertise – enables you to stand your ground and gain trust with your stakeholders. With excellent communication and networking skills, you easily build strong and lasting relationships with all members of the organization!
