About the job
As an Outbound Planner for the EMEA region, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order execution for aftermarket parts within the Crushing Solutions division. You maintain excellent customer service while continuously improving processes and finding smarter ways to plan and deliver.
What you’ll do
Coordinate order activities, including logistics, verifications, confirmations, and documentation.
Match customer needs with globally available resources.
Collaborate with production units and warehouses to secure timely deliveries.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Support improvements in order management and planning processes.

This position is based in Svedala. You’re part of a global team and collaborate closely with colleagues across regions.
Your profile
You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a similar field – or with the same competence acquired through a working career. You bring hands?on experience from logistics or supply chain operations, such as order management, planning, warehouse management or shipping, and you’re comfortable navigating an international environment. Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You’re structured yet flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You’re analytical, thorough, and skilled at organizing your work with a focus on quality. Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree in a relevant area, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar, combined with several years of experience in warehouse management, process improvement or supply chain logistics. You have probably worked in a similar role where you’re used to managing third party logistics providers and leading projects such as warehouse transfers. It’s beneficial to have experience using the system SAP S/4 HANA. Since we operate in a global environment, you need excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

- Kontinuerligt inspektera verktyg avseende skador och att reparation/byte utförs innan användning
- Hantera och följa upp Inventering av personalens verktyg och personliga utrustning.
Sekundärt:
- Hantering av in- och utgående gods.
- Granskning av dokumentation mot material samt arkivering.
- Dagligen övervaka beställningar
- Bevaka när lagringstid går ut för hållbarhets begränsat material

Kvalifikationskrav:

Arbetet som Purchasing Officer innebär att du har ansvar för inköp av reservdelar, förbrukningsmaterial och andra saker som behövs för den dagliga driften i vår tekniska organisation. Helhetsansvar gällande inköp av reservdelar

Som Airport Officer på vår Logistik- och Inköpsavdelning har du ett varierande arbete. Det är en spännande och viktig roll och ingen dag är den andra lik.  

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Arbetet på Logistikavdelningen innebär att du utför inköp av reservdelar till fordon, el-material, vvs-material och förnödenheter för flygplatsens drift, med mera. Du har ansvar för godsmottagning och lager vilket bland annat innebär truckkörning. Du kommer utöver rollen på logistik även arbeta som flygplatsbrandman på flygplatsen och även vara säkerhetskontrollant vid personalinsläppet.
Malmö Airport bedriver verksamhet dygnet runt, arbetet innebär att du har oregelbundna arbetstider samt arbetar helger. Därmed behöver du kunna ta dig till och från flygplatsen under dygnets alla timmar. 
Din profil
Vi ser att du som söker har en avslutad gymnasieutbildning. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation och är flytande i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska. B-körkort är ett krav, C–kort är starkt meriterande.
Du är en engagerad, välorganiserad och strukturerad person som gillar att ta ansvar. Det är även viktigt att du trivs med att jobba i team. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Vårt uppdrag kräver att du har god förmåga att hantera olika situationer på ett metodiskt och lugnt sätt med fokus på räddning och säkerhet. Då jobbet delvis kan vara fysiskt krävande behöver du vara i god fysisk form.
Du behöver ha en viss administrativ förmåga eftersom du kommer att arbeta med inköp i vårt affärssystem. Därför är det meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av inköp, upphandlingar eller liknande administrativa arbetsuppgifter som kräver viss datorvana och att man gillar ordning och reda. Har du en brandmansutbildning är det ett plus men annars tillhandahåller vi utbildningar efter verksamheten behov.

Your mission


As our new Outbound Planner, you’re our person when it comes to managing all order-related activities within your dedicated area by coordinating delivery, logistics, technical and commercial verifications, confirmations, and associated communication for the aftermarket. The job

Your mission
In this position, your responsibilities include inventory management, strategic stock process support and operational performance reporting - with a focus on ensuring that we reach the target balance between inventory investment, total logistics cost and inventory delivery service. You’re involved in all processes related to our inventory by developing, following up and sharing your experiences and input. Daily tasks in your job are producing, analyzing and monitoring performance KPIs, and you analyze, optimize and develop actions plans to initiate improvements by reducing inventory, correcting gaps, reaching targets and working proactively. You also ensure coordination with relevant stakeholders regarding improvements, and you participate in regional and global initiatives or projects when needed.
The location for this position is Svedala - a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö and Lund, with our site located just across from the train station.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience within above fields. Experience from, and understanding of, inventory and supply planning and forecasting are necessary to succeed in this position. Knowledge of the system Voyager is beneficial. As we operate in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
You’re structured and systematic with an analytical approach, and you truly enjoy seeing how numbers and statistics translate into plans and forecasts. Combining your strategic abilities with a creative mindset enables you to identify problems, take initiatives and finding the best possible solutions. You also use your excellent communication skills to interact dynamically with various people and networks in our organization.

The job
In this position - where analytics, collaboration and networks are keys - you interact within our sales teams in the EMEA/CIS region to drive sales and ensure a successful operations planning process. You interact with the frontline in demand planning, review inventory parameters and balance stock levels with our backline and other sales regions. To stay on top of our game, you also drive and participate in improvements and best practices in our systems, processes and ways of working.

About you

Regional Supply Chain management within Stationary Crushing and Screening is overall responsible for inventory in the sales areas – meaning we make sure that services and net working capital is balanced and meets the overall target. We’re now looking for a Global Inventory Analyst to join our team – someone who wants to significantly develop our supply chain management while enhancing your own strategic planning skills and building a network spread across the globe. This is a temporary position for eight months due to parental leave.


Your mission
