Your mission
In this position, you lead the development and management of our plant solutions business with a global and commercial outlook, and with full responsibility for profit and loss. By setting the overall vision, and establishing successful sales strategies and a strong activity agenda, you make sure we achieve our operative and strategic sales goals – from a sustainable, financial and performance perspective. Your work focus on delivering customized solutions, and you explore how to incorporate digitalization, equipment, and service agreements into the total scope. You manage a portfolio of projects where the agenda includes identifying and evaluating impacts, risks, opportunities, and best practices, and you actively follow up on cost control, revenue and compliance with applicable regulations and policies. You also review and monitor sales performance periodically, and refine sales strategies as required. With a profitable sales future in mind, you bring new product ideas and enhancements to existing ones, and you transform them into usable and marketable products based on our customer’s needs.
You’re an essential link towards our customers and major international engineering companies, and you lead a large project organization with team members mainly located in Svedala (Sweden) and Clichy (France). By transparency and coaching leadership, you inspire development, commitment, and performance, and you make sure that we have a competent and efficient organization well equipped to deliver major and complex projects in time, according to given cost and within specified scope and quality. On top of this, you collaborate closely with our marketing counterparts and nine global sales areas, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders to capture business opportunities that will drive true customer value and enhance our project portfolio and sales growth.
This position is based in the Svedala/Malmö (Sweden) area or alternatively in Clichy (France) and extensive international travel is normally included in your job.
Your character
We’re looking for a business-minded leader with a university degree or professional experience related to the challenges included in this position, but more importantly, you need outstanding project management skills and extensive experience from managing change and delivering results. You have previously been working with business development, and you easily manage many various interfaces and global teams in a matrix, cross-functional organization. Your understanding of business drivers, sales and negotiations are highly beneficial. Another advantage is a broad interest in digitalization and new technology, and you enjoy exploring how digital solutions could be incorporated into our plant solutions environment. As we operate worldwide, you also need an open mind and cultural awareness, and you possess excellent communication skills in English.

About the job
In this position, you develop and implement the design and delivery of a global service operation standard. You make sure that it’s well adapted to all locations globally that delivers value to customers and adopting digital technologies that serves current and future business; all this whilst embedded with our standard EHS and business processes. Manage and co-ordinate resources and ensure utilization of synergies across our service operations, business area and product areas.
Provide support to our sales areas to drive effective workforce planning to manage skills demand and to develop a sustainable talent pipeline.

You contribute as a key participant within the global sales management team and are located in Svedala, a fast and easy commute from Malmö with our site located just across from the train station. Global travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are?
We’re looking for someone with a technical or business university degree, or you have gained your knowledge from relevant senior leadership experience. We believe you have several years’ experience from equipment maintenance and from an aftermarket operational role. To be successful in this role, you need proven systems and remote support knowledge combined with a strong commercial management background and project management experience. A proven service management background is a must, as well as from heavy equipment or the mining industry. Operating in a truly global environment, you need excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.

About the job
In this role, you’re strategically and commercially responsible for our spare parts product portfolio and you work with a dynamic group of specialists within the area. Above leading and motivating the team, you plan and track all product life cycle phases – from inception through market introduction to implementation. You identify, develop, and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, and strategic product extensions, as well as translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
You always make sure to align the needs of our frontline spare parts organization to meet the customers’ and the spare parts portfolios’ needs. To provide and define strategic oversights of all products in the portfolio – including pricing and lifecycle perspective – and develop and communicate its customer value proposition are important parts of your mission. In addition, you initiate and define requirements, as well as sponsor new product development and ensure that the product specifications, options and pricing are aligned throughout the products.
This position is based at our Crushing & Screening headquarters in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station.

Your mission
In this position, you develop and implement the design and delivery of a global service workshop standard, adaptable to any location globally that delivers value to customers. Some of your responsibilities are to:

Develop and enhance key relationships with sales territory teams that drive efficiency, customer productivity and profitable business as well as facilitate cascading through organizational updates and new processes or technologies.
Work with regional and global skills development teams to develop training programs to ensure required service operations capability in frontline roles.
Validate capabilities, layout standards and required infrastructure to support business expectations
Support sales territories to deliver our customers expected service level and KPIs for maintenance and service repairs with safety, quality and efficiency.

You report to the Service Solutions Manager, and you collaborate with several key stakeholders throughout the organization. In this position you’re located in Svedala, Sweden, and some travel is included in the job, both domestically and internationally.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with proven experience within systems and remote support. You also have several years of workshop experience and a background within Service Management, Commercial Management or Project Management and you have proven leadership skills. You hold a technical or business degree from university or have relevant senior leadership experience. Lean Six Sigma qualification, minimum Green Belt, is a requirement and if you have experience within heavy equipment or mining industry it’s a plus. As we’re a global organization, you have excellent skills in both written and verbal English.

You have previous experience within mining, construction or any other similar sector, and of leading larger sales and service line organizations in a B2B environment. Your substantial knowledge of business development, strategic planning, compliance and operational performance is proven with many years in the industry. Your core and sales leadership abilities are of great value – you exceed in leading and supporting others from different cultural backgrounds. You appreciate and recognize the importance of cost control and maximization of profit potential. You’re require to have excellent verbal and written skills in English, whilst understanding of local languages are advantageous.
You’re a business professional with high integrity and well-developed leadership skills – someone who believes in diversity and inclusion and who inspires, mentors and manages people to perform at their very best. Your track record includes managing key accounts, and you have extensive knowledge of the local business culture.
