Someone with a true passion for identifying customer needs and making sure we have the base for successful development of our product portfolio.

Your mission
As a Product Manager, you’re key in making sure that we have a product offering that matches our customer’s needs. You manage our portfolio, strategy and roadmap for both hardware automation and digital connectivity, and this includes identifying new offerings suitable for commercialization. You contribute in developing and scale up the use of technological platforms across our product offering to run equipment and services more effectively. You also act as a link between the R&D department and our customers as you collect customer insights, establish strategies and ensure that we develop solutions to meet the demands of the market and to keep us ahead of the game. By close collaboration with our training team, you make sure that the sales department receive relevant product training and have the necessary knowledge of how to benchmark our offering.
In this position, you travel across our sales areas to meet customers and stakeholders. Your home office is in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen, and with our site located just across from the train station.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with strong product management knowledge and experience from automation and digitalization of solutions and products - where managing strategies, implementation and profitability has been your major focus areas. You understand business drivers and operational challenges in the manufacturing industry. You also have a relevant degree, preferably an MBA or a bachelor’s within the field of electrical or automation engineering. You’re an experienced Office 365 user, and it’s a plus with previous knowledge of automation platform support for digital end products. As we collaborate worldwide, you must be fluent in English.
Being structured and strategic, combined with an open mind and a networking personality, are your keys to success in this role. You’re skilled in finding creative ideas and looking at things from new perspectives, while also having the ability to touch the brakes and evaluating what would be the best option for us going forward. On top of this, we believe that you have excellent communication skills and a desire to genuinely understand the needs of the market and our customers.
