För att lyckas med detta behöver vi förstärka vårt team med en affärsorienterad och kreativ kollega som ska ansvara för den kommersiella driften på flygplatsen.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Kommersiell driftansvarig kommer du att driva den lokala kommersiella verksamheten på flygplatsen i nära samarbete med kunder, samarbetspartners och kollegor. Du leder det lokala kommersiella driftarbetet och ansvarar därmed för den operativa och dagliga kommersiella kundkontakten och verkar i huvudsak inom processen ”Driva flygplats”. Tillsammans med specialister inom respektive affärsområde (mat och dryck, parkering och angöring, reklam, lokaluthyrning samt marknadskommunikation) arbetar du för att omsätta strategier i kundleverans, säkra implementering av försäljningsdrivande aktiviteter på flygplatsen och bidra till utvecklingen av den kommersiella affären och optimeringen av det kommersiella flödet på flygplatsen.

I rollen ingår även att stärka samarbetet mellan Swedavia och övriga verksamhetsutövare på flygplatsen samt mellan flygplatsen och intressenter i regionen. Genom medverkan i olika typer av samarbets- eller verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt på eller utanför flygplatsen bidrar du till flygplatsens utveckling. Du har personalansvar för en medarbetare.

Din profil
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en person som gillar att jobba med omväxlande arbetsuppgifter i en operativ miljö. Du har stort kundfokus och ser kommersiella möjligheter som är värdeskapande för kund. Vidare ser vi att du är en god nätverkare både internt och externt samt har förmåga och intresse för att ta dig an verksamhetsutvecklande projekt med flera intressenter inblandade och hitta lösningar där många perspektiv omhändertas. Du brinner helt enkelt för att skapa en god kund- och resenärsupplevelse.

Du har troligtvis en eftergymnasial utbildning, till exempel högskoleutbildning i ekonomi, marknad eller kommersiell fastighetsutveckling samt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, såväl i tal som i skrift.

Erfarenhet av kalkylering, försäljning och förhandling är meriterande. B-körkort samt goda IT-kunskaper är ett krav. Resor förekommer.

What you’ll be doing
In this position, you map the competence development needs in our business, and you identify, design, implement and evaluate training programs to support our growth. In your work, you utilize the existing knowledge within our organization and bring new perspectives and insights to the equation to package trainings for future needs – always in coherence with our global performance management process. Presenting initiatives to secure future talent and competencies and defining clear career paths are part of your job, and you provide managers with effective techniques for attracting, retaining, and developing the workforce. You coordinate and manage our training programs within agreed budgets or limits and make sure the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively, in addition, you’ll be the trainer in some of our trainings worldwide.
You keep up to date with development and innovations in the competence development industry so that our activities remain current and relevant. To be an active part of competence development networks across Sandvik Group and collaborating with external training vendors will be essential to your mission.


What you need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with experience in working with competence development on a global scale and who are used to facilitating trainings. It’s a big plus if you’ve worked with online trainings. You know your way in Office 365 and are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, other languages are beneficial. If you have experience from working in a technical business, it’s a plus.
Your personal qualities are important to us - you’re a communicative, ambitious, and business-minded person who’s comfortable standing in front of an audience. You’re flexible and comfortable operating in both administration- and visionary work. Your mission

Your character

Knowing your way in complex systems and simulations are also advantageous. You’re an essential link towards our customers and major international engineering companies, and you lead a large project organization with team members mainly located in Svedala (Sweden) and Clichy (France). Your background and character
We’re looking for a business-minded leader with a university degree or professional experience related to the challenges included in this position, but more importantly, you need outstanding project management skills and extensive experience from managing change and delivering results. You have previously been working with business development, and you easily manage many various interfaces and global teams in a matrix, cross-functional organization. Your understanding of business drivers, sales and negotiations are highly beneficial.
