Uppdrag 
Verksamhetsområdet Vård och Omsorg är en viktig del i kommuns målsättning att skapa en god och trygg vård och omsorg med hög kvalitet för Svedalas medborgare. Med fokus på ständig utveckling och förbättring får du här möjlighet att arbeta med ett engagerat team med höga ambitioner. 

Som administrativ chef blir det din uppgift att leda arbetet med att utveckla effektiva administrativa processer i ett helhetsperspektiv inom verksamhetsområdet Vård och Omsorg. Du kommer besitta personalansvar för den administrativa enheten där du leder, samordnar och fördelar arbetet för 5 personer. Vidare har du budget- och uppföljningsansvar, bedriver övergripande verksamhetsutveckling och genomför utredningsuppdrag inom enheten. 

I den här rollen får du även möjlighet att agera kommunikationsansvarig för verksamhetsområdet Vård och Omsorg samt nämndsekreterare för Socialnämnden.

Kompetens
Vi söker dig med akademisk examen inom beteendevetenskap eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig.   

Vidare har du tidigare erfarenhet inom offentlig sektor och besitter kunskap om förvaltningsrättsliga frågor.

För att lyckas i rollen har du tidigare arbetat med verksamhetsutveckling och har vana av att projektleda, koordinera och utveckla verksamhetsstöd. Här kommer dessutom dina tidigare erfarenheter av förvaltning och utveckling av digitala verktyg väl till pass. Har du dessutom tidigare ledarerfarenheter, erfarenhet av utredningar och att arbeta som nämndsekreterare är detta meriterande.

Vi tror att du har en god operativ och strategisk blick som sträcker sig från långsiktig planering till daglig drift. Du ser möjligheter att förbättra och effektivisera det administrativa stödet inom verksamhetsområdet, inte minst genom digitalisering. Du har ett stort intresse för effektivitet och enhetliga rutiner som i förlängningen ger ökad samordning och kvalitet.

Your mission
In this position, you collaborate with our Crushing Solutions Lifecycle Managers in establishing, communicating and following up on the Parts Business strategy. You lead and work with a dynamic group of specialists within this area. Above leading and motivating the team, you plan and track all product life cycle phases – from inception through market introduction to implementation. You identify, develop, and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, and strategic product extensions, as well as translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
Included in your responsibility is to:
Follow up on the Parts Business in terms of trends, sales versus budget development, customer retention rates, profitability, etc.
Perform and follow up on Customer Gap Analysis and propose actions to penetrate, retain and/or win back parts market share.
Collaborate with the Sales Areas and Operations in establishing the right parts inventory levels according to the market needs, with a healthy NWC development.
Propose initiatives to enable the Sales Areas to increase parts market share and reduce the OSMI/phased out inventories and follow up those initiatives. ?
Collaborate with the Sales Areas and Business Control in determining a proper parts pricing strategy.
Collect and follow up on feedback from Sales Areas and customers and propose changes/improvements to R&D to the current parts portfolio – actively follow up on warranty claims as a source of valuable information.
Collaborate with R&D and follow up on parts improvements corresponding to new developments or improvements.
Collect competitor information which is relevant to develop our offering.

This position is based?at our Sandvik Rock Processing headquarters in?Svedala?– a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities, such as Malmö, Lund and?Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station.?


Your character
We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset and solid business acumen. You have work experience from product management or similar roles and your knowledge is preferably backed by a relevant degree. Work experience from a global role within a global organization is advantageous. For this position, we require fluency in verbal and written English while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

About your job
In this position, you plan, organize, execute and control projects, both large and small, to achieve delivery on time, per budget and within the specified scope and quality – all in line with Sandvik’s project model.
