Your job
In this position, you’re responsible for ensuring that we have updated and correct master data in our ERP systems, in areas such as sourcing, production, procurement and trade compliance. You create and improve master data processes in accordance with our policies and procedures and you support process implementation. Furthermore, you suggest improvements and opportunities related to data maintenance and use, for example in automation or in the supply chain. You support our business in trading activities, acting as a service support and competence center for questions associated to the specific site and within your area of expertise. Also, part of your responsibility is to support the implementation program for the Sandvik Digital Supply Chain in Svedala in different areas – regularly collaborating with various stakeholders within Stationary Crushing & Screening in planning, procurement, order desk, trade compliance and R&D.
The location for this position is Svedala with some international travels included.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and industry and we believe that you have a university degree in a relevant field or have gained equivalent knowledge from work experience. You’re a skilled user of ERP and PLM systems, especially M3, and you have excellent skills in Excel. Knowledge of Power-BI and the ability to understand the supply chain digitalization is of high value for this job. As we work in a global environment, you need good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing.

Are you our next Solutions Engagement Specialist?
The Solutions Engagement Specialist is responsible for promoting and initiating sales revenue for defined sales territories. You work directly with the Patch of Land Sales Team to explore solutions sales leads and identify solutions opportunities. This position develops a thorough understanding of customer processes and business objectives and capitalizes on the value that UPS can offer their business. You create value for customers by leveraging UPS’s expertise in the areas of engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain design. This position provides consultative sales support to the UPS sales organization to enhance and improve customers’ businesses using value-added and configurable solutions. The area of responsibility will be customers in Malmö, Jönköping East and Gothenburg South.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates meetings with customers and solution experts to address project implementation challenges and modifications and demonstrate solution functionality, solicit feedback, and address questions.
Maintains customer relationships to ensure solutions meet customers’ needs and expectations.
Documents and reports account activity (e.g., virtual customer visits and phone calls, training, etc.) to ensure account team members are informed of customer activity.
Documents solutions in the project management tool (i.e., TEAMS) and logs customer calls and virtual meetings on the account management system to report account activity and ensure account team members are informed of customer activity.
Conducts formal and information training (i.e., technology solutions) to ensure the sales force remains current with UPS solutions and enhancements.
Prepares and presents reports (e.g., trends, technology initiatives, etc.) to provide relevant and current information to the district sales staff.
Registers customers for products and delivers product training to ensure customers have the education and information to effectively use UPS's products.



Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field - Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products or similar software - Preferred
Experience in Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer
Experience in a customer-oriented role with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Valid Driver's License - required - company car is provided.
Fluent in English and Swedish - Required

Your mission
In this position you work with optimization and standardization within training and content development and are responsible for the implementation and start-up phase of the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with Sandvik IT and other stakeholders.
