Your job
In this position, you’re responsible for ensuring that we have updated and correct master data in our ERP systems, in areas such as sourcing, production, procurement and trade compliance. You create and improve master data processes in accordance with our policies and procedures and you support process implementation. Furthermore, you suggest improvements and opportunities related to data maintenance and use, for example in automation or in the supply chain. You support our business in trading activities, acting as a service support and competence center for questions associated to the specific site and within your area of expertise. Also, part of your responsibility is to support the implementation program for the Sandvik Digital Supply Chain in Svedala in different areas – regularly collaborating with various stakeholders within Stationary Crushing & Screening in planning, procurement, order desk, trade compliance and R&D.
The location for this position is Svedala with some international travels included.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and industry and we believe that you have a university degree in a relevant field or have gained equivalent knowledge from work experience. You’re a skilled user of ERP and PLM systems, especially M3, and you have excellent skills in Excel. Knowledge of Power-BI and the ability to understand the supply chain digitalization is of high value for this job. As we work in a global environment, you need good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing.
As well as your background is essential, we’re equally interested in your personality. You’re analytical and systematic, with a sense of always wanting to do things the right way. You’re also a true doer, working both independently and in cross-functional collaborations to produce outstanding results. Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for the regional sourcing team – managing and coordinating all our sourcing activities and promote the overall purchasing performance. You lead transformative change efforts within the organization, and you ensure that we have a solid foundation for conducting business. Registers customers for products and delivers product training to ensure customers have the education and information to effectively use UPS's products.



Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field - Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products or similar software - Preferred
Experience in Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer
Experience in a customer-oriented role with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Your mission
