Your mission
In this position, your responsibilities include crafting and upholding our worldwide strategy for our indirect category. This involves formulating, negotiating, assessing risks and executing contracts. You oversee the implementation of these agreements and handle their ongoing maintenance. Additionally, you drive our business and sustainability strategy through collaboration within our Business Area and our cross functional regional category teams, as well as identify, prepare, lead and participate in global sourcing projects and activities.
You lead and participate in Supplier Relationship Management activities and projects. With stakeholder management being a vital part of this role, you put effort into establishing and managing relationships with different stakeholders and suppliers.
The location for this position is Svedala, Sweden. We apply a hybrid work solution and some travel, national and international, is part of your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant university education, combined with extensive experience within global sourcing of indirect and IT categories – for around ten years. You excel in stakeholder management and are an effective negotiator who is recognized for successfully implementing and driving category strategy and projects. Since we operate in a global environment, you need excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

You have a strong business acumen and a high level of self-motivation, and are also independent, result-oriented and analytical with the ability to drive decision-making. About your job
In this position, you establish sourcing budgets, plans, policies, systems and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. By identifying, evaluating and capitalizing opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, improve our supplier base and you improve our buying patterns and supply channels. You also work with sustainability to ensure that our sourcing practices meet environmental and ethical standards. You evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important supplier and vendor relationships to secure terms that serve our best interest. To ensure that sourcing activities meet established targets and standards, you lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals.
The location for this position is Svedala and we offer a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in strategic procurement on a global or European scale, along with a background as a leader or manager. Experience with SAP is needed, as is proficiency in sustainability reporting standards e.g. SBTI, CBAM, and CSRD. Your expertise is supported by relevant educational qualifications. Working in an international context requires proficiency in English, while fluency in Swedish is highly advantageous.

Your mission
You’re overall responsible for our procurement work with a mission to ensure that the day-to-day business runs smoothly, according to defined processes and regulations to meet set KPIs. Helping you achieve this, you have a team of six to eight purchasers - handling a mix of direct and indirect materials, forecasted and purchased-to-order products in a wide product range. This supports both our production unit in Svedala and our aftermarket business with warehouses worldwide.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience gained from a working career. You have a couple of years’ experience from purchasing and supply chain management. Being able to drive and implement improvements in our processes and ways of working are keys to success in this position and we consider any previous work in the matter as highly beneficial. You navigate effortlessly with an interest in different business systems, where skills in M3 or SAP are a plus. As we act locally and in a truly global organization you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
