Vad innebär rollen?
Logistik-Verkstad tillhör Airside & Landside Operations och ansvarar för lagrets inköpssamordning, beställningar, inköp, inleveranser och faktureringar. Som teamchef kommer du att bli en operativ ledare som ansvarar för det dagliga arbetet. Detta kommer du bland annat göra genom att:
Planera, leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet enligt verksamhetsplan
Ansvara för att driftplaneringen är aktuell och kommunicerad till din personal
Säkerställa att teknisk dokumentation revideras och uppdateras
Se till att personalen har nödvändig teoretisk och praktisk utbildning
Säkerställa att verksamheten följer gällande lagar, regler och föreskrifter
Vara delaktig i den operativa driften vid behov

Vem är du?
Vi ser att du har:
Erfarenhet av logistik, inköp och godsmottagning
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

In this position, you develop and manage global sourcing strategies for our castings and steel categories. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in sourcing, along with proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier account management, and category management within the steel and castings category. You excel in negotiation and are confident in managing complex supplier landscapes, as well as having advanced Excel and data analysis skills. You hold a university degree in business, engineering, or supply chain, or equivalent experience. You’re fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Together with an education, you have an extensive work resume consisting of relevant roles within the field of Logistics (freight, warehousing, network design), combined with leadership experience. You have previous managerial experience and are familiar with working in a cross-cultural and international organization. You’re computer-savvy and have a widespread numerical and statistical knowledge. Fluency in English is a requirement for this position, whereas knowing Swedish is advantageous, and any other languages are beneficial.
You’re a leader who’s structured and supportive, where the end-goal ultimately is to create a team culture that is collaborative and genuine. We’re now looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Parts & Services organization. About your job
When entering this role, you define and develop the processes and ways of working for all our field services and rebuild solutions – including on call services, service agreements, as well as repair and rebuild – and you make sure that we always strive for improved operating efficiency and the highest customer satisfaction. This means providing a strategic oversight, as well as challenging our current way of doing things and implementing new, modern and digital perspectives that generate value for our business. You connect our service operations to the end to end product lifecycle, and you establish a solid infrastructure in the different digital platforms we use.


Another important item on your agenda is ensuring high quality and efficiency in our service operations platform, and you plan, develop and implement user centric solutions for managing resources, invoicing, contract management and work order management. You closely collaborate with our product managers and other stakeholders, and you fully engage in finding synergies and best practices. On top of this, you explore the market and analyze the industry to get a good grip on the actions we need to take to stay on top of our game!


This position is based at our headquarters in?Svedala?– a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities such as Malmö, Lund and?Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. Global travel is normally included in the job.


About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from working within service operations, preferably as Service Operations Manager. You have broad knowledge of business, service or commercial operations, and you know how to plan and deploy solutions from start to finish. With your previous managerial exposure, you have developed a leadership approach that is based on transparency, open communication and team work. A relevant academic degree is needed, and you’re also skilled in the digital tools used in this field of work. We’re doing business in all corners of the world, and this calls for excellent skills in written and verbal English


Effectively balancing a strategic outlook with an agile doer’s attitude sets you up for success in this position. As you confidently take lead, drive necessary decisions and solve problems on the go, you’re also genuinely open for creative ideas and new perspectives. In addition, you’re the number one collaborator – a pragmatic people person with inspiring ways that help you challenge us, promote change and bring people onboard.

Your mission – generating efficient logistics planning
In this highly operative position, you interact within region EMEACIS to drive our sales and operations planning process; enabling us to balance our service levels with our cost and inventory levels for our warehouses in our regions. You will also be responsible of the order management towards our core network. You spot trends and analyze data in a state-of-the-art planning tool, and you undertake weekly operational plans with consideration to KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, warehouse inventory levels and net working capital.
Closely collaborating with our global partners and being a core sounding board for our sales organization is a major part of your responsibility, and you make sure that we incorporate team spirit in everything we do. Your character – an analytical and collaborative planner with a strategic mindset
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience from working with supply chain planning, and it’s beneficial if you have proven your ability to lead teams and the way forward in previous assignments. You have advanced knowledge of using Excel for forecasting and production planning and you’ll get good use of any additional skills in Logility Voyager Planning system. Experience from conducting analysis, spotting trends and planning based on relevant findings is advantageous. As we’re a global player, you need excellent skills in written and verbal English, and we wish that you’re also skilled in Swedish. A university degree in a relevant field is also required.

What about the job?
In this position, you develop and implement sourcing plans aligned to category strategies, and you ensure a successful implementation and compliance in line with these. You lead and drive sourcing projects and cases, including supplier selection and creation of contracts – where you’re responsible for the complete contract process, from negotiation to signing. Implementation and follow-up on country sourcing plans is another important task in your work to be able to identify, prepare, propose, lead and manage sourcing activities. You also establish strong relationships and work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders, and with your expertise you support the onboarding of suppliers. All in all, you’re part of leading us to a more efficient and strategic future by shaping our flows and ways of working.
The location for this position is preferably Svedala, however, for the right candidate it can be flexible within Europe. Travel is?normally?included in your job, but due to the?pandemic?situation, we consider the digital arena as more important than ever, and it’s possible to work from home.
Your background and characteristics
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree within a relevant area, for example Logistics or Supply Chain Management, combined with purchasing or sales experience from logistics or transports. You have previously worked in a similar role, perhaps in sourcing or sales, and are used to conducting negotiations and contract management. Working in an international environment calls for excellent English skills.
Your analytical and structured features really comes in handy in this role when you need to create an umbrella perspective over various situations. With your networking and communication skills, you’re an excellent negotiator who is able to explain and make others understand. Being independent makes it easy for you to get things done and, at the same time, you’re a true team player who believes that the best solutions emerges in great collaborations.
