In this position, you develop and manage global sourcing strategies for our castings and steel categories. You lead negotiations, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and compliance. Your profile
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in sourcing, along with proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier account management, and global category management. You excel in negotiation and are confident in managing complex supplier landscapes, as well as having advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Experience in steel and castings is considered a plus. You hold a university degree in business, engineering, or supply chain, or equivalent experience. You’re fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your mission
In this position, your responsibilities include crafting and upholding our worldwide strategy for our indirect category. Your mission
You’re overall responsible for our procurement work with a mission to ensure that the day-to-day business runs smoothly, according to defined processes and regulations to meet set KPIs. Helping you achieve this, you have a team of six to eight purchasers - handling a mix of direct and indirect materials, forecasted and purchased-to-order products in a wide product range. This supports both our production unit in Svedala and our aftermarket business with warehouses worldwide.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience gained from a working career. You have a couple of years’ experience from purchasing and supply chain management. Being able to drive and implement improvements in our processes and ways of working are keys to success in this position and we consider any previous work in the matter as highly beneficial. You navigate effortlessly with an interest in different business systems, where skills in M3 or SAP are a plus. As we act locally and in a truly global organization you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

As Category Manager Wear Protection, you will be strategically responsible for our category Wear protection globally.??

You will evaluate and develop our global supply chain, at the same time, monitoring the process to ensure we and our suppliers deliver on our promised results, focusing both on commercial and technical aspects. You will develop the category strategy and be a part of strategic supply projects. Negotiation is a natural part of your role, and you need to align with key stakeholders internally as well as externally.


You will be working with other Procurement functions in Europe, Africa, India, Australia and South America, hence good communication and project management skills are required. You will also have a close co-operation with the Product Line Manager for the category.??


In more detail, your mission includes being an instrumental part of Sandvik’s overall business performance by identifying business needs and ensuring supplier contribution. You identify, lead and manage sourcing projects as well as ensure supplier compliance by negotiating and signing contracts. You continuously establish solid relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers in order to ensure cross-functional alignments. About you?
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree and 3-5 years’ experience within category management or similar roles. Previous involvement in an industry like ours is beneficial. You have solid skills in the MS Office suite, as well as fluency in both written and verbal English.??

Your mission

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som lagerchef för Solar Choice i Svedala är dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att säkerställa en kostnadseffektiv logistiklösning som levereras med hög kvalitet. Du leder och fördelar arbetet inom lagerfunktionen och ansvarar för den operativa driften av lagret, med fokus på bland annat kommunikation och korrespondens med leverantörer samt inköp efter behov. Vidare arbetar du löpande med att säkerställa att de avtal som ingåtts uppfyller de krav och förväntningar som ställs på verksamheten.
Lagerlokalen i Svedala är nyligen förvärvad, och du kommer därav vara den första personen som anställs på lokal nivå. I takt med att lagerverksamheten växer sig större kommer du erbjudas ett stort ansvarstagande i vilka logistiska och praktiska lösningar samt rutiner som ska prägla lokalen och det dagliga arbetet. I takt med att verksamheten växer kommer du även att bli ansvarig för inledningsvis 1–2 medarbetare, och få ett medföljande personalansvar för dessa.

Your mission

We’re looking for a leader with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and thorough expertise in supply chain management or logistics, preferably with a background in the industrial sector. Experience of finance and sales is a plus. Your experience is backed by a masters’ degree in Industrial Economics or other relevant field of studies. with a proven track record from leading teams, driving change projects and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in an international environment. You’re an advanced Microsoft Office user and have the ability to learn and work in new ERP environments. Preferably you have knowledge of working in systems, such as Voyager and SAP, and knowledge of demand, inventory or supply planning tools is essential. You’re Swedish-speaking and as we work in a global setting, excellent skills in English, both verbal and written, is required.
As well as your background is essential, we’re equally passionate about your personality. This position calls for excellent analytic, strategic and tactical skills and you’re responsive and humble towards the business and sales operations. Your character
We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in either industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or who has gained equivalent experience from preceding work. Together with an education, you have an extensive work resume consisting of relevant roles within the field of Logistics (freight, warehousing, network design), combined with leadership experience. You have previous managerial experience and are familiar with working in a cross-cultural and international organization. You’re computer-savvy and have a widespread numerical and statistical knowledge. Fluency in English is a requirement for this position, whereas knowing Swedish is advantageous, and any other languages are beneficial.

Om rollen

Som Supply Chain Manager på KiiltoClean har du det övergripande ansvaret för Supply Chain-funktionen i Sverige. I ditt ansvarsområde ingår även kundtjänst, inköp av bland annat råvaror, produktionsplanering, lagerhantering och hantering av EHS.

Översätta företagets affärsmål till avdelningsmål och individuella mål.
Vara kontakten mot och ansvara för 3PL.
Utveckla leverantörskontakter och leverantörsrelationer.
Hålla ERP-systemet uppdaterat.
Analysera och utvärdera Customer Service- och logistikaktiviteter.

Erfarenhet och kompetens

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av en liknande roll och har god kunskaper om supply chain, logistik och inköp. Du bör även ha ett stort intresse samt kunskaper i att driva förändringsarbete och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete. Viktigt är också att du har några års erfarenhet från en ledande position. What about the job?
We operate several production sites and warehouses globally, both with Sandvik personnel and outsourced, and we use a number of logistics providers to ensure that cargo remains effectively moved around via road, train, ocean or air in support of operational excellence and cost efficiency.
In this position, you optimize where, how, and with whom we organize our logistics setup. Hereby shaping and determining our global strategy, including the levels of outsourcing, our forwarding engagements and how we design and optimize our distribution network. You have no immediate reports, but since you’re a part of a team of experts in planning and logistics, you’ll provide leadership both internally and externally in coordinating and integrating the flow of material and information. You take lead and drive performance and operational excellence across the entire value and supply chain to secure service and cost for all material flows from suppliers, internal and external production sites, global and regional warehouse distribution centers and local sales areas.
The location for this position is preferably Svedala, however, for the right candidate it can be flexible within Europe. Travel is normally included in your job, but due to the pandemic situation, we consider the digital arena as more important than ever, and it’s possible to work from home.
Your background and characteristics
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant area, for example Logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar, combined with at least five years’ industry experience from global logistics networks and transport. You have probably worked in a similar role, are used to managing third party logistics providers and implementing transport management systems. It’s beneficial if you have experience from improving packaging logistics. Working in an international environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.
Strong data focus and analytical skills come in handy in this role as you need to overlook and manage the performance of partners and suppliers in our global logistics operations. With strong networking and communication skills, you’re able to explain and make others understand. You’re person of action with clear customer focus, and you enjoy the dynamic of working inside a supply chain. You take the lead, and like being in the forefront of things, solving both day to day logistics challenges and the long-term strategy for your area. You have advanced knowledge of using Excel for forecasting and production planning and you’ll get good use of any additional skills in Logility Voyager Planning system. Experience from conducting analysis, spotting trends and planning based on relevant findings is advantageous. About your job
In this position, you’re overall responsible for the planning and inventory control of our end-to-end supply chain worldwide. You organize, lead and prioritize our work to reach targets, service levels and net working capital, and you’re an engaged driver in our global S&OP; process. By gathering valuable insights and strategically evaluating our processes and various scenarios, you support us in making informed and timely decisions and being more effective from a demand, planning, production, delivery and economic point of view. You ensure tactical and strategic forecast planning and set up global processes that support the product perspective and generate cross-functional alignment for Operations. Securing supply chain performance predictability and working towards seamless data flow and automation of data processing are other important parts of your job.

About you

In addition, you understand the benefits of digitalization and new technology, and you enjoy exploring it further. You’re used to working with different tools for analyzing large amounts of data, and as we’re a global player, you need excellent skills in written and verbal English. A master’s degree in a relevant field is also required.

Division Crushing & Screening, part of Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology, is a market leading manufacturer of stone crushers and screening equipment for the mining and construction industries. What about the job?
In this position, you develop and implement sourcing plans aligned to category strategies, and you ensure a successful implementation and compliance in line with these. You lead and drive sourcing projects and cases, including supplier selection and creation of contracts – where you’re responsible for the complete contract process, from negotiation to signing. Implementation and follow-up on country sourcing plans is another important task in your work to be able to identify, prepare, propose, lead and manage sourcing activities. You also establish strong relationships and work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders, and with your expertise you support the onboarding of suppliers. All in all, you’re part of leading us to a more efficient and strategic future by shaping our flows and ways of working.
The location for this position is preferably Svedala, however, for the right candidate it can be flexible within Europe. Travel is?normally?included in your job, but due to the?pandemic?situation, we consider the digital arena as more important than ever, and it’s possible to work from home.
Your background and characteristics
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree within a relevant area, for example Logistics or Supply Chain Management, combined with purchasing or sales experience from logistics or transports. You have previously worked in a similar role, perhaps in sourcing or sales, and are used to conducting negotiations and contract management. Working in an international environment calls for excellent English skills.
Your analytical and structured features really comes in handy in this role when you need to create an umbrella perspective over various situations. With your networking and communication skills, you’re an excellent negotiator who is able to explain and make others understand. Being independent makes it easy for you to get things done and, at the same time, you’re a true team player who believes that the best solutions emerges in great collaborations.
